What Mastermind is not

Mastermind is NOT a leads group! As we have stated prior, obtaining referrals and business may (and probably will) happen – but it is definitely NOT the focus of your Mastermind

Mastermind is NOT a training class. Your facilitator is a Licensed Professional Business Coach (LPBC) with the Professional Business Coaches Allianceand they have access to many training programs on a wide variety of business-related subjects. However, “pure” training involves you as a spectator rather than a participant. While learning is certainly an element of your involvement in Mastermind, it is not the sole focus. However, if you want or need training in a certain area, be sure to bring it up to your facilitator.
