First, we conduct a thorough assessment of your
current environment utilizing the Business
Effectiveness Evaluation. This assessment provides
us with a starting point for the coaching engagement.
Armed with the results of the assessment, we then begin to define
your future plans for the business. Where do you want to be in three,
five, ten years? Together, we plan and prioritize
to help you reach your goals. Throughout the coaching engagement,
you will be given homework to complete between sessions.
We work directly with our clients to help them execute
the plans we have agreed to and we measure and review results
